Folks on this thread need to get used to the term "over a barrel".....as that's where NRID is. They are doing all of the things a company does in order to avoid going under.

Concern is justified.

Who ever is buying shares is getting them pretty cheap. If SFE were interested they would buy the whole company or a major piece at it all at once. they wouldn't piddle around with $150, 000 worth of shares in small lots. I don't think taking over companies like NRI is there M.O. anyway.
