There are only two factors that will positively affect MCOM in the coming months:

1.) Any demonstration or news that they are on-track with their Autobahn (128K) service. I don't expect this until end of year.

2.) Any announcements of progress in their continuing struggle to get transmitters on more lightpoles in the major metro markets.

It is my impression that the rollout and marketing of the current 28K Ricochet service is at best "scaled back" (at worst "dead"). The company appears to be mostly focused on rolling out Autobahn as quickly as possible. I believe Paul Allen made it their top priority when he bought in.

There is a lot of downside risks of course (competition, delays in Autobahn rollout, running out of money, etc.) and any of them could push the stock lower.

As for the recent rise, I agree that the "Paul Allen" effect may be the cause. I expect MCOM to range between $9 and $13 until Autobahn news occurs.

Disclosure: Currently out of MCOM

Don't ask questions and buy it back before they make the announcements.
