Guess again.

ASND and BAY - the two losers seeking to be bought out after they were run over by the Cisco juggernaut.

BAY is worth $15/sh w/o a buyout. You should feel lucky that Cisco has threatened the Telequipment makers into defensive buyouts of Networking also-rans.

Brief: Nortel slipped a little more than one point in response to news that company was in pursuit of Bay Networks... Many on the street think Bay's supposed asking price of between $30-$35 too high and are afraid Nortel might overpay...

Maybe WS is giving the Bronx cheer to another bad BAY merger - as if there were any other kind.

You're really reaching here... Compare cash assets, earnings, potential earnings, market share, margins, and a sharp guy like yourself will see that CSCO isn't an internet hype stock.
