Oh YES, TED, I am absolutely with you on this. A mal- or mis-functioning website is a sign of severe technological incompetence, which, fairly or not, reflects on the products of the company in question. You rightly note that we are PROUD of our site (http://www.magneticdiary.com/fbn/) and that we have no fear of customer complaints about inaccessibility. Like you, I am extremely excited about the prospects for Hidden Agenda Outerwear. We must, I think, add a page to the site. I shall talk to MrB about it. Janice
