Hello Richard,
Just as a point of information all working interest partners in a well have access to full and complete information on the well. This includes copies of any logs or other testing done on the well. The operator is responsible for coordinating the program, contracting the rig, that sort of thing, for which they receive a small (relatively) overhead but they do not have any preferential right to information. So Apache could force someones hand financially but not because they had information the other parties did not. If the other parties in a joint venture do not agree that the risk is acceptable, or simply cannot afford to play, they will be diluted. These penalties can often be significant.

Good luck to all,

Mike

Hi Richard,

I have to do a bit of investigating early next week regarding the interests in the ~12.5 sections not yet earned by Apache. When I've checked the lease info, I'll respond with a better estimate of TKE $ required but in the meantime you can work with ~$1.0 million as an approximate amount.

Mike has already given a very good response regarding the info sharing obligation amongst the partners. (Thanks Mike.) All actual raw data MUST be shared but individual interpretations of the raw data can\will differ.

Great weekend to you as well Richard.

Later,
