I think, just maybe, we are still forming the head. If you look back at the other head and shoulders that formed in Oct you will notice it had a divit in the middle too- sort of a Frankenstein head and shoulders. It is possible we are doing the same now, and thus still have to make the neck and second shoulder, which means down to 32 or 28 to complete the head (depending on which shoulder we complete- or maybe we do both and our guy is a mutant that has been injecting himself with Vasomax). Then we go up to the top of the shoulder- 35 again, and then down. Just one scenario.
