I wouldn't help Mr. Pink but seeing how he has lost soooo much sleep lately I've decided to help him in his inquiries into the accounting firm Zeller, Weis and Kahn. Ya see every accounting firm is subject to whats called peer review, all of your CPA's, and they must pay to have it done, and while they are being audited by AICPA they cannot bill for the time the have to spend with them so its double costly but they all have to do it for reputation. In the upper level of firms there is the pinnacle of peer review called SEC review which is required if you are to audit public companies, this is much more in depth and takes more time and is very costly, in terms if dollars and time. So its auditors auditing auditors and the SEC peer review takes over a month and it takes a major firm to do the auditing. Now after the review depending upon how you did you get a letter from the Chair of the SECPS Peer Review Committee who in this instance was
Thomas A. McGrath Jr. CPA:
and if you are good the letter looks like this:
April 17, 1996.
Stephen E Rosenthal CPA
Zeller Weiss & Kahn
1084 Route 22 west
Mountainside, New Jersey 07092-2801.

Dear Mr. Rosenthal,
" It is a pleasure to notify you that on March 28, 1996 the SECPS
Peer Review Committee accepted the report on the most recent peer review of your firm, the related letter of comments, and your firm's response thereto. those documents will now be placed in the public files of the Division for CPA Firms. The field work on your next review should commence by December 31,1998.

As you know the reviewer's opinion was unqualified. The committe asked me to convey its congratulations to the firm."

Sincerely,
Thomas A McGrath Jr.CPA

So ya see Pinky ya don't have to send anyone we've already done the work and its a matter of public record. I hope that you can now get some sleep knowing that I am on the job. Please contact me immediately if there is anything else I can do.
Warmest regards.
