DELL May 95 Calls?! Sorry! No such animal! Since DELL went up so fast, there is no May 95 Call. Please do some research before you try to talk down the stock, so the quality of this thread can be kept in good shape.

ms,

Why is it that every nay-sayer wants to connect any 'bad news' with DELL? CPQ - trouble, so DELL must be ---, INTC - trouble, so DELL must be ---, HWP - trouble, so DELL must be ---, NSM - trouble so DELL must be ---, IBM - trouble so DELL must be ---!

Maybe yes, maybe no!

At the anal-zits meeting, there was no 'warning' as occurred on other stocks (except HWP - what a bath that was!) All news released 'from DELL' indicate a great quarter! Every one looks at history as some kind of indicator, except that DELLs history is so 'good' that the nay-sayers indicate that IS BAD!

And I'll be the first to admit that DELL cannot continue to 'double' every 6 months, but that doesn't indicate that I'll necessarily be unhappy if it takes 7 months either.

IMO, what is happening now is that DELL is recognized by many managers, that a certain amount of 'churning' can be done at these levels to 'enhance' their performance since there is a pretty extensive LONG base that does look at the dips as a 'buying' opportunity. Historical data does report that DELL has recovered very nicely since, let's see ---- FOREVER, and all of the 'company' information is 'positive', and there is no 'history' of 'cooking the books', and they have a 'robust' manufacturing system, and they are 'expanding worldwide' not to say anything about the new 'complex' in Texas.

I guess, I just don't understand the market anymore. Maybe I should sell everything, buy GOLD, and move into my 'bomb-shelter' - uh - or I could just wait and see how it plays out? Maybe DELL will have another 'banner' year, after all, it is HISTORY!

Regards,

Ken
