Mr. Kearney, Who gives a damn about the other countries brain drain! Here is Europe our smart and qualified people are happy to land any job when out of school!! Once they loose a job passed the age of 45, they are lucky if they get another one! Our most qualified people are hampred by the luck of funds or political infighting. Shall I go on? We sent you 90% of the people that developed your space programmes and have greatly contributed to the Hi Tech revolution! United States knows how to give incentive to quaified people! Here in Europe we will remain what we deserve, proud, useless and backward people!
