Agreed. There was nothing much said on the conference call regarding TAVA/RW BECK as well as Rick Cowles. I really think they'll do very well with this partnership. TAVA said in their press release that revenues will be coming in from this JV in the first quarter of 1999. They also stated they were in FINAL STAGE negotiation on closure of SEVERAL MAJOR contracts. Sounds good to me. Looking for a flood of new work from these guys...at higher rates.

I'll have a post up a little later that will adress part of what you have written. However, I can assure you that TAVA/BECK is firing on all cylinders and that money will be flowing. Jenkins even said in his comments that TAVA/BECK -utility revenues would start flowing in the Aug-Oct Quarter.
