SOrry, Melissa, it is FACT that Cisco and Lucent are no longer on the SEBL site (unless they were placed back on overnight). It appears they were removed 2 or 3 days ago. It is FACT that SEBL customers are prevented from talking by contractual arrangement. It is FACT that VNTV customers (and others) are permitted to talk to anyone about their experiences. It is FACT that I have called some SEBL customers listed on their site, identified myself by name and as an investor, and they wouldn't talk - in fact, they sounded scared. Perhaps if I did call as a customer, they might talk, but I did not. And, it is FACT that I am in New York, talking to hedge fund managers who are extremely concerned about SEBL - and who have called SEBL customers, identifying themselves appropriately, and the customers wouldn't talk. I'm not doing this to build up VNTV (although it does have the secondary effect). I'm trying to figure out how good a short SEBL is.
