THIS DOES NOT STATE THAT TONY HAS NO ROLE IN CSHK!! It does clearly state that that he "is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco. So then just what is his role? Why the 50 yard run around the corral to answer the question? He hasn't received compensation, but he has played a role. Well, then how exactly does that work? I am always a little confused by this type of philanthropic activity. Or is he indeed compensated already with options or other equity position in AR Brooks, 11th Hour, Catalyst Software or Cashco? Or does he have an interest in Merced or Telanis? I think a fuller explanation is in order. I find that Rebecca's answer is possibly evasive. And may be factually in error if he is participating via deferred considerations. I think most people would agree that that is compensation. I was doubly fascinated that Rebecca chose to focus on Tony in apparent response to questions about the participation of felons in the CSHK activities. One this presupposes that he is a felon, and two does not answer the broader question of felony participation that I originally raised. You have offered that long winded post somehow as some sort of proof. I say it raises more questions than it answers.

Well let me help bring you up to date on what has been going on: As to the issue of Mr. Tony Boyden, Mr. Boyden is neither an officer, director nor 5% or more shareholder of Cashco nor has Mr. Boyden received any compensation from Cashco. Therefore, matters in his private life should be of no concern nor are they required to be disclosed to shareholders of Cashco. #reply-4465122 That would make you think that Tony had nothing to do with Cashco wouldn't it? But my, oh my how the story has twisted. Those who review those posts will note that I went "dark" sometime around the end of September. Why? Simply because I received a commitment from Mr. Tony Boyden that he wanted to meet, face to face, to resolve my claims against IDFR/CSHK relative to the copyright infringement issues raised in my earlier posts. I flew to the US (from my home in Paris) on October 20, 1999 to Philadelphia. My attorney and I met at the offices of Gerry McConomy, the attorney for IDFR/CSHK during the afternoon of October 21. Present at that meeting were Tony Boyden, George Palmer, Gerry McConomy (attorney for Boyden, IDFR, CSHK), an associate of McConomy's firm, my attorney and myself. Let's say that this meeting was important enough to Boyden that he paid all my expenses and all those of my attorney (who invested a full day plus travel). That payment was made to our accounts (my personal account and my attorney's firm) directly by Boyden. Boyden paid out a total of $5200 for our combined expenses. We reached an agreement in principle that afternoon and initialed points of agreement. Boyden's attorneys were to draft the agreements and money was to have flowed to Relate in the short-term. This agreement would have resolved our claims against IDFR/CSHK through payment of cash. Draw your own conclusions. During our meeting, the following was made clear. CSHK was being "deemphasized" in the words of Boyden. Boyden and Rhonda Windsor share a residence in Canada as well as the e-mail address roni@home.com. I imagine that this is the "corporate headquarters" that you are being referred to. When issues arose as to "my" (Relate Technologies') security in a deal with a company such as CSHK (then either on or headed to the pinks), Boyden quickly altered the agreed deal to provide security from IDFR. If they are not one and the same, in reality, how did this happen? ragingbull.com
