Anthony, Scam? Nobody has produced any evidence of a scam here such as "there are no wells" or "EM-Sounder doesn't work". They have only staged an unending attack on the company and officers with little real proof of anything that they have said. To date the negatives we know are there have been a lot of shares issued (some of these shares may have been cancelled), another company officer has been dismissed (according to press release), and there have been a lot of delays with getting things done in Nebraska. But this is a real company. Here is a post from another site about NAMX. There are three individuals on the AOL board who called this a scam. Two of them are long time bashers, one is new to the game. Forget the bashing, here are the facts and some rumors that make for interesting reading: 1. Marty Linsky ie: radarluvr, was our biggest source of good info..I understand that he his now working for NAMX, hence, he does not and probably can not post on these boards anymore...we all miss him. 2. Nine wells are now hooked up in Nebraska with KNE. Everybody here can stop moaning and verify this yourself, by calling Mr. Jim Webber at KNE. I believe I posted his # on a previous post. 3,. Like everybody else here, I too am disappointed with the secrecy and lack of news coming from NAMX. However, do not jump to negative conclusions. From the rumor mill: a. NAMX will announce that they have secured funding for the 60 additional wells and the UPR venture. b. NAMX will announce within the next 3-4 weeks, shares issued and in the float. Shares authorized is 144 M. c. NAMX will issue news on the hook up of the additional 7 wells once metered and verified..approx 3 weeks. Again, everybody here can verify this fact tomorrow by calling KNE. d. A new management team with credibility and experience will soon be taking over NAMX. e. The stock is still being manipulated by Ernst...FBI and SEC investigating. Manipulation should stop near term. By the looks of the volume lately, it would appear that an outside force IS having an affect on the stock...major drop-off in volume. Bottom Line...the stock is .05. With 9 wells in place and producing (FACT), it seems to me that NAMX is a very good risk. Sure, it could fail like most penny stocks, but we all knew this going in. I just believe that the potential of this stock far outweighs the risks...especially at .05. Long and Accumulating...Melios
