PA,
Good analysis, but I agree with Dan. I think $24 million is on the conservative side. Maybe that is where we are today, but DCI-UK is going to be our big winner in the near future (IMO). Things are developing very fast! Brad- thanks for sharing the info from our favorite CEO!!!

Dan & PA,

Keeping expectations in check is important here as this thread tends to get crazy with the expectations and then the stock price suffers when they are not met in a timely enough fashion. Let me start by saying, I believe I am the only one on the thread who does NOT believe we will be bought out this year. That has NOT caused me to sell my position nor to lose faith in DCTC, just to keep my expectations in check. I questioned the timeline in a post a few weeks ago(5280) and did not get much in the way of responses there so let's see what your posts bring out.

Let's forget about continuing to make M & A deals "an incredibly low 1.5X's revenues". Let's just go with the 26 million shares outstanding and $24 mil revenue. To attain $10 per share, 26 mil shares * $10 = $260 million. Divided by our 3 * rev buyout yields nearly $90 million revenue required without any further M & A. We are obviously far from that. I believe we will see earnings growth to possibly knock off half of what we need and M & A to cover the rest. Will all of that happen in the next 6 months? I doubt it. As mentioned, it takes time for synergies to pay divedends and we HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OFFICIAL REPORTED INCOME FROM SOME OF OUR EXISTING OPERATIONS. Timeline is just too tight to get that kind of revenue recognition.

Like a fine wine, let this thing develop, don't panic as the year wanes on and we haven't been sold yet. As Grupo as said, use the opportunity to invoke P & P.
