Re MIND -- I think if you guys read the MIND results you will easily see this is a company that is growing at a tremendous rate. Don't forget to note the increase in number of shares outstanding when comparing per share numnbers.

These law suits are a crock of shit in my opinion. Who in the world ever heard of being sued because a sale did not materialize and because the company said they expect growth from leasing and not sales....I look for these lawsuits to be dismissed as frivolity. (And if that happens, MIND will go up 10 bucks in a heart beat...)

BY the way, the sale DID close in the following quarter.

The company is expanding internationally...and this is the growth area. I am currently working on a deal to do seismic offshore Brazil...do you realize how much work there is to do there as Brazil opens up to foriegn oil companies (not to mention other countries that need 3D surveys)??? This will also create a strong demand for rigs. (Brazil will actually award some blocks to oil companeis that ALREADY have successful exploratory wells...this will mean the oil companies will get started drilling pronto --- where they gonna get the rigs? You see Petrobras is strapped for cashola and they want to get this production onstream...so they get the foreign oil companies in with the capital.) You guys gotta keep your eye on wahts REALLY going on and don't get sucked into the populist views of know-nothings.

Back to MIND...the numbers scream BUY ME. I have been day trading a little miind, but have held my core position all along. I think we will see a pop on Friday...the stock surely deserves it. In my view, this is the best play in the sector -- short and long term.

If you guys recall, the five barks with a wag faves of the Big Dog from day one have been FGII, CXIPY, MIND and GGY. How's my record? With the exception of a hiccup with MIND, the other three are strong as yesterday's underwear.

Pay no mind to the MIND lawsuits...it's nonsense and will not amount to a hill of beans.

And to all you cats who fled the scene of this accident (thread), I miss you and wish you well. I am disappointed you would abandon your Mother Land and your friends here...maybe some folks just have no loyalty. Funny how folks take things so seriously. I don't understand it.
