Ian,

And the APS 200 bugs have been worked out and Thermco has some new products. I haven't seen any news on the General Lithography thread that would indicate that major customers are abandoning Micrascans in favor of ASMl/Canon/Nikon scanners. Although a ramp-up to 200 Micrascans per year now looks very over-aggressive, I don't think anyone really thought they'd be able to improve cycle times enough to hit that target anyway.

Someone is clearly no longer willing to wait for the industry turnaround and /or assume the risk that SVG management have fouled things up so much that the earnings power of the entire company has now been jeopardized. SVG presented at a Prudential small cap conference earlier this week. I am still trying to get details on any Q&A that may have ensued, but the company said it performed its standard dog and pony show in the 45 minute time slot allowed.
