TC, excellent analogy between the way the BB market and its MMs operate and casino gambling. You are correct in that the odds are stacked heavily in favor of the MMs. However, I believe that many of the postings of Pugs, Riley, others as well as my own simply are ment to inform/remind other investors that the rules by which we play are indeed weighted heavily in favor of the illegal activities of the MMs. RMIL shareholders have a golden opportunity to beat the house and their rules and I strongly believe that we will. TVSI/Planet Sports shareholders are banking on that our securities attorney CEO will do his part in helping us beat the house and their rules here. Should be interesting seeing this one play out.

TC,
There is no SEC at the BlackJack table, there is a full deck of cards, the dealer isn't short, there are no accomplices working the internet on behalf of Atlantic City or Vegas card dealers , The dealers must cover immediately as do the gamblers....I don't see your point, gambling is legal in Vegas , Reno, etc., naked shorting BB stocks is not!
