The 700,000 shares is immaterial fundamentally. It has almost no earnings impact versus borrowing the money. This is very similar to the two times ETEC sold a bunch of corporate owner stock (at 20 and 32) and tagged along for a bit for itself.

The amount of shares in the float does increase a fair amount, which is a short term technical issue, but may, like ETEC, be insignificant over the longer term.
