I can recall 1-2y ago when RN was at $26. I bot some and did quite well with it. Today, my only concern with RN is its capitol base. Both are good holds but I believe MO is the better pick. MO is a "dog of the Dow" which insures funds will buy it quarterly. Market is looking for "value" and the tobaccos are strong candidates when the uncertainty of litigation subsides. Meantime, hold and wait for the buyers.

Div yield should protect on the downside. With margin rates at about 8% you can subtract the div yield and come up with a great, low-cost buy for both cos!!

Good luck!!
