Not if the apparent box is being run in order to allow Kinross or somebody else to participate in a cheap private placement. They'd be able to buy back shares PLUS warrants at approximately the same price as they sold only shares. It's just a theory with no basis other than it's a LOT more plausible than the fund redemption or funeral expense <g> theories.
