Thanks Ray. The first document outlines insider trading by a Chatfield broker. The second one mentions, on page 62, an apparent dicsiplinary precedent involving Chatfield, within the context of illegal stock price manipulation, which is referenced to 55 SEC Docket 3197 and 3200 on Feb 2 1994. I couldn't pull that one up though as the SEC online database evidently only goes back to 1995. Might make some interesting reading though, and may be available by a call to the SEC.
