Alski: Used to own CHK and finally sold at $5 at a loss because I decided it was dead money and only going to get worse. It's a good company and may pop a little but I think short term its a heart breaker. If you're a good trader, you make make a few $ on some fractional gains. However, they're barely breaking even and missing earnings estimates, and its a commodity based business. Most of their production is Natgas, look at the price chart for same and draw your own conclusions: iepstein.com Much better prospects elsewhere, IMHO. Alex
