There is a thing called verb tenses. It is appropriate to keep them
parallel, ESPECIALLY IN THE SAME SENTENCE.
You said......

" One more quick question. How much would you have made if you invested
10 K in DELL 10 years age? You will be a millionaire...."

Corrected: "You would have been a millionaire." (Pluperfect tense).
