The market doesn't like the news. You are right though. ALLP won't have to wait around for JNJ to make decisions. The news release says that "Alliance intends to submit a Phase III protocol to the FDA for the reduction of allogeneic blood transfusion in the near future." I suspect that when ALLP announces that they've submitted the protocol or moved Oxygent into Phase III the stock should recover some. I'm looking to buy more under 5 if possible. Maybe tomorrow. I like the stock, but, it's not a large part of my portfolio. Dave
