James,
Found some things of interest on the 10-Q vs the 10-QSB for the first quarter.
1. Number of shares decreased by 109,000.
2. Total assets up by almost $3 million, mostly looks like intangibles.
3. Current liabilities dropped by 100k.
4. Long Term debt dropped by 160k.
5. Shareholders Equity up by $2.9 million.
6. Net sales down about 130k, assume this to be the backing out of R&D's numbers.
7. Income from operations up 85k.

This set of 10's primarily deals with the backing out of R&D's numbers. We can see where R&D was a drain on DCI by how these numbers have been restated. On the restatement, there are some added items such as the sales being broken down so that Travel Source's numbers can be seen. Their is also a Pro Forma statement near the end as if CyberFax, DCI UK and CardCall had been totally accounted for on June 30, 1997.

That's all for this morning, must try and get some sleep sometime. I will look at the other sets later to see what I can find.
