Off topic - I do not share your enthusiasm for ETEC if a supplier with competitive products emerges, even if capacity constrained. As I said most of ETEC's growth in revenue is from price increases. Also, if you look at the 10K, their backlog has been stable for a while - which means declining units in backlog (since prices are up).

Prices are determined at the margin. If UTEK can really produce competitive product at 70% of ETEC's price, I think it will have an impact on ETEC fundamentally, and perhaps more on its stock price as the market should and may discount the day when UTEK is not capacity constrained.
