LE, that may be just one of the possibilities with Bristol,
but how probable would it be for Bristol to give them
$15mm for stock back then?

re: article, didn't OPEC turn out to be 5 nationals, TEXACO,
Atlantic Richfield, Shell, BP & Exxon? tons of oil already
located in BoHai Bay...Apache+xcl and another different
group already there, been there.
