This whole theory dropped into my lap while responding to a post. So far it's pure conjecture on my part, and it's to be viewed and tossed about as my opinion. What if: Ira is buying back shares from the float. All this not releasing the # of shares, reverse split, shakeout of weak hands ect.. is fed to us to drive the price down. They are driving the price down to buy back shares from the float. Ira convinced Arif that when the ATXI merger went through it wouldn't matter if they give themselves a bonus via additional shares. They sold some shares earlier in the 50's when it was apparent ATXI was not going to happen. Before the deal fell through, and they knew that trouble was around the corner they dumped all the shares they found. The huge blocks they said were typos. To make themselves look like heroes, they are taking the money, driving the price down and buying back shares. All this lack and misinformation is designed to bringforth the negative postings to drive the price down. The posting by Mr. Adam dropped the second shoe. They never released the numbers to Edgar and probably won't until they got the price down low enough to purchase all the shares they can. If you followed this saga and you got a feel for Ira, is it not unlike him to come back in full gloat and say "we cancelled x,xxx,xxx shares and reduced the float by x,xxx,xxxx. The current projections are: I hate being played for a pawn but this seems like the master plan. Pieces are all there. Disclaimer: I've been wrong before. Laz
