Realistically, how can you make a rec in this environment?
James,
A rec would be great, but how can an analyst make a rec with so many uncertainties surrounding this stock. With the private offering delayed and possible future interest rate hikes, this stock is somewhat in limbo. The earnings were not "sttellar" by any means, either. If I was an analyst, I would not touch this with a ten foot pole for the short-term. I think it is very interesting to see MTLM and PHV. Granted PHV's problems are not necessarily recycling related, but both of the stocks are having problems. With scrap prices declining, the sector is not very strong...very unstable to say the least. With all of the time you have spent on this stock, what would you make your rec on??? Yes, management has experience, but they have yet to prove themselves. The company has been paying less for companies than MTLM and PHV, but earings are showing that RECY is getting what they paid for...

Alan
