For those who can't access Yahoo or AOL...Here is the post MiriamsSon is talking about... *************************************************** Just passing along some information per phone conversation with Bob Hunziker this afternoon. The shareholder meeting has been postponed with no definite new date established yet (possibly the end of June), and the same about the proxy/newsletter (late May/early June?). The news that he told me of, and that I had posted about awhile ago, has also been delayed (estimating 2-3 weeks), but I was lead to think it could be somehow related to the financing. He said that the financing is advancing but that acquiring it is like running an obstacle course, overcoming one hurdle at a time so that they aren't penalized along the way. They are doin' the dances.let's not trip them up. The 10Q should be posted to Edgar by next week Wednesday or Thursday, and yes, revenue figure are to be included (sorry, still no profit). Bob also said that BTC has made some installation of units (no numbers) and that shipments are being arranged to the K & B warehouse (again no info on installing any in Texas yet). The holding pattern for SONIC seems to be a networking solution (or lack thereof). I'm not a technician, but I was lead to believe it would come with the financing. My thoughts after the conference call were verified by Bob today. Bingo will be the bread and butter of this company for the next few years. The new board of directors was drawn to this company by the patents it holds (which were researched prior to their coming onboard). AGT has 28 patents, and if you think of the potential uses of all of them.you would come to the conclusion that bingo is just one slice of the pie. Advanced GAMING Technologies.the name will be sooooo fitting. I wish the news I brought to this board had been more substantial. Hopefully it will give some of us something to gnaw on. I only know about 8 or 9. I'll do a patent search again. The problem is if they haven't properly transferred them, they won't show up. If anyone's interested, I have the patent numbers of the 8 or 9 buried in my research files somewhere. I'll let you know in any event.
