Sorry for the misprint,
There was no decision for raising taxes for cigarettes. As far as I know it was out of discussion

One question: If all things from the Mc Cain bill come through, how would they affect MO's results?
What is the percentage Mo has to take from the 500 billion charge (or 360)?
