Good article Craig. I think your reasoning about the financing
habits of companies presents important words of caution.

It would be an important bullish sign if the convertibles had a
floor of $7. If anybody finds out about this for sure, please
post it right away.

I am firmly convinced that the sales of Osicom's new
products will take off in the next 6-9 months. We'll all wait
and see. I am also comfortable that the crash value of this company
is no lower than $3.50. I see no reason to sell anywhere below $4.
