To All. This BayRho situation had me bothered. I E-mailed the company via their web site and got a prompt reply. I will post it here for general information, since I do not believe they will mind.

Dear Mr. xxxxxx

Thank you for your e-mail message of 5/19. I will try to explain the current situation regarding the BayRho product. The BayRho injectable product line (manufactured by Bayer Diagnostics) was shut down by the FDA in February of this year. Therefore, it is not available to anyone until production starts again in August or September pending FDA approval. The only other manufacturer of a like product is also our primary competitor for the product in the marketplace.

Please note that although the unexpected unavailability of this product has certainly affected the Company's revenues, management remains committed to growing the Company by aggressively pursuing the development of new products, acquisition of new technologies, and strategic joint ventures. With the support of concerned long-term shareholders like yourself who recognize the strength of Biopool's management team and their objectives, Biopool is sure to soon achieve a more competitive leadership position in the marketplace.

Again, thank you for your continued support.

Regards,

Share Buyback. Some Good news. Biopool to buyback 400,000 shares.

I am pleased that the company also has a sense the share price is undervalued. I had originally felt we could see $4- $6 by the end of the year until this BayRho problem, so I was prepared for dead money for awhile. Hopefully this will help. This stock needs to be held and it will reward us. No predictions however. If the sales start to move when Bayrho comes back online and other initiatives kick in we might see real movement.
Anyone attend the shareholders' meeting?

Regards,
Kevin.
