That paragraph is actually pretty tame compared to some I've seen. It's a pretty safe guess to say that " price erosion in the data storage industry will continue for the foreseeable future." And that "such adverse effect often cannot be anticipated until late in any given quarter."
Standard stuff. If it freaks anyone out, they shouldn't be investing in the drive sector (or a number of others, for that matter).

Probably a lot more likely HPs earnings, MSFT's delay on Win 98, and INTCs cautionary remarks are having just a wee bit more impact than the SEC filings with biolerplate language.
