Help me out and short DELL, Jim. That's an easy one. I agree 100% with Kurlak. I was thinking of the same last night. The market place is not big enough to have all of these chip companies(ATML, NSM, VLSI, LSI, LLTC, MXIM, ADI) move away from low-margin consumer electronics to Telecom/Networking/Comm/PC sector. Some of these companies neeed to go out of biz. Clint

Hi Jim, I am not sure I would short ADCT at this point as the potential gain is small. They announced a buy back plan when the stock was at 27-28 dollars, so this should offer support. They have also already announced estimated revenues for the Q. Using the profit margin for the last Q they should earn 22 cents. Estimates are for 25 cents for the Q though. Gross margins shoud be better as last Q was a traditional slow Q. ADCT runs a just in time operation on many of their product lines, so margins are better when orders are higher. The lack of reaction from the street to the revenue announcement indicates it is in line with expectations. Earnings are May 27 as far a I know. I need to check with the company. Technically, it is pulling back from its first try at the 200 dma. This is normal, but because of the above reasons the pull back will be limited till earnings are out.
