my2cents,

<<THIS IS THE THE FINAL WORD REGARDING FILING NUMBERS WHEN
FILING WITH THE SEC.

I spoke to a gentleman in the Office of Small Business - Small Business Ombudsman;
Division of Corporation Finance:(202) 942-2950.

A company DOES NOT require a filing number before they file any forms with the
SEC. FAMH will must likely file a SB-1 or SB-2 form which are used for small
business. See the website of the SEC if you want a detailed explanation of the forms.

I have verified from the conversation with the SEC that FiraMada has not yet filed
anything under the name FiraMada.

HOWEVER, the whole process of getting online the EDGAR system, filing the SEC
forms (ie. SB-1, SB-2) and having it available for all to see on the EDGAR system can
take as little as 24 hours(mostly likely 48 hours). The SEC has up to 30 days to review
the form(s) submitted and comment back to the company as to what further information
may be required or clarified.

See my specific post yesterday regarding the EDGAR system.

This DOES NOT mean it will absolutely take a full 30 days nor does it indicate there
will be issues that require addressing by the company. Once the SEC has put their
stamp of approval as to the form(s) completeness, the company can promote
themselves as having complete and SEC accepted forms to the public.

ANYONE who has any experience reading SEC forms on the EDGAR system (ie.
10QSB's, 10K's, etc.)knows these forms require quite a bit of information.

Mackie enough of this, "FAMH doesn't have a filing number yet", crap.

If you know what you are talking about when it comes to SEC filings, YOU WOULD
KNOW THIS.

THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN PUT TO REST.

Best Regards, >>

You just don't get it di you? Have you ever had a company file their financials before? NOT!

This talk about not having a filing number means nothing about getting a number then they can file? Daaa.

The SEC will give FAMH a filing no. when they start the FILING PROCESS!

But what is even more funny, is that you all have not moved onto the other clues? How 'bout the auditing firm? How 'bout the MD show production? Hello...

Thanks,

Mackie with 2 cents!
