Notes from the conference call regarding revenues for the 3/31/98 qtr:

COO Allen gave three reasons for the sequential decline in revenues:
1. Universal Card was down 50% from the previous quarter, but still above
the same quarter a year ago.
2. The Pac Bell business was halted.
3. AT&T business was down sequentially for the 7th consecutive qtr; now
only 18% of the total for 3/31/98.

On the positive side for revenues:
1. US West revenues increased over 50% sequentially from the 12/31/97
quarter. Revenues were over 22% of the total for the 3/31/98 quarter.
2. Revenues for American Express reached a new quarterly high, 29%
of the total for the 3/31/98 quarter.
3. Revenues increased for Western Union and Chicago RTA.
4. New clients Omnipoint and America Online each have over 100 agents
dedicated to their work.
