To all FBN personnel: Congratulations on the great job of getting the spot on Seinfeld last night. The media buyers are to be commended for insisting on the placement of the spot at the penultimate moment of the show, right before the jury was to reach a verdict. The creatives in the marketing department, just brilliant. The ad weaved so well with the show that the average viewer needed at least 15 seconds to detect that it was an ad and not part of the show. The use of the Y2K assault vehicle as part of an orchestrated jail break was awesome. And the background shot of the Pope giving his blessing was certainly the product of divine inspiration. I save the best for last. Whoever thought of the slogan is a pure genius. "When you are watching the show about nothing, the only place to call for all your Y2K needs is FBN Associates, the company about nothing." Janice, you better install another 800 line because I'm sure the calls will be pouring in today. Three cheers for everybody. DScottD
