Premier- I would have anticipated that the results would be positive before any lingering effects of the system issues- i.e. 1998 gives them a year to get the house in order from a pricing standpoint, eliminate losing lines of business, eliminate redundancies. Systems issues are a big unknown. Overall- we probably can't do much till, as you indicated, there is some guidance from management. With the deal closed, Payson needs to address this fairly quickly. I sympathize with what they are dealing- lots of moving pieces, missing data, unknown margins, the need to be competitive, the need to be profitable, and all this with a relatively small margin as bottom line profit target. I would expect Payson to be very carefull before providing any guidance. There will be no reward for being wrong. Tony
