Laz,

I disagree with your theory. For one, it would be illegal for Ira
to manipulate the price of the stock by his actions/inactions.
The other reason is that if Famh had the cash to pay for the acquisitions it would not have been necessary to touch the credit
line that is backed by stock/warrants/convertibles.

The details of the LOC agreement have not been given to the shareholders so this is my own theory.

Ira said that the LOC was backed by stock/warrants/convertible...flexible agreement.

I bet that if Ira borrowed 1mil from the LOC he would have to back it
up with at least the same amount in stock/warrants/convertibles. Meaning that if the stock price goes down the company has to put up
more stock/warrants/convertibles.

I wish I knew the details to this agreement.

One other thing. If Famh had the cash to repurchase shares why
suggest a reverse split with warrants? Personally I feel that
there will not be a significant share repurchase program.
