HWP need to cut cost, even layoff people to boost earning.

Hardly. HWP is NOT in the business of making short term traders happy but making long term investors happy. They are in a cyclical, vollitle industry and investors that don't understand this shouldn't invest in the company. I have no sympathy for "momentum players" that bought into the run-up and overpaid when all knew "making their numbers" was a long shot for HWP.
