'India a rogue State'.

Nick,

I saw that guy from Pakistan embassy the other day on PBS as well. What cracked me up was his statement that India is and should be considered a rogue State among Nations and that the Indian tests were short of declaring a war against Pakistan.

As for sanctions, there might be some truth to what he was saying.Perhaps what he meant was sanctions from the U.S is ok because
they could hopefully make up the difference from their Arab friends, just like they got many Arabs and people from other Muslim countries fighting for them in the Kashmir insurgency .

Ref:F16

That was my personal opinion,it seems to be the right thing to do and doesn't seem fair in spite of the law.I wouldn't like it if it was done to any country whether it was the U.S or India or whatever.I don't understand the logic here, seems like a stupid law if you ask me.If the U.S doesn't want to sell them the plane because of the law that is fine, but why keep the money and the plane.Give them the money back and sell the plane to someone else or absorb it into U.S Air Force or something.
