ever considered this: in the evolution of an emerging company it is time that is is the most valuable and precious commodity. the ability to project the companies big picture, its goals, management know how and ambitions. it is those efforts that build the trust between the company and the financial community. when a company has achieved this investors will be patient and supportive during rough and volatile times or at a crossroad in which tgl is now at. the tglef market doesn't own any time or have trust with the vast majority of shareholders because of its past lives. nor does the market believe them anymore. this is why IMO a restructuring needs to be done for the long term well being of the company. this does not just mean a reverse split and is just one of the elements. Ross et al have abilities but need to start almost over with all the parts in place.
