As I posted earlier I had forwarded to CNBC questions pertaining to the revenue sharing and the use of puts to finance the company. Both questions were raised on the air. Regarding revenue sharing the CEO seemed forthright; regarding the second, i.e., financing and the use of puts, he was not prepared to answer at this time. I cannot tell whether XYBR has used creative financing in a positive or negative sense, but the response did not inspire confidence. I now hold a small 500 share position having sold the bulk of my position. It is with some trepidation that I make this post, but would encourage all with hefty investments to try to get some clarification and understanding of the financing. It is beyond me to fully understand the financing arrangements and did not want to hold the stock as I tried to get help. The financing arrangements were filed 0n 5/13/98. Not wishing to dampen enthusiasm for XYBR, but having gotten much from my Silicon Investor, I post simply in the spirit of shared information. I closed a large position at 10 5/8. Good luck to all and if anyone more fully can understand and explain the financing I would greatly appreciate the effort!
