I bet the conversion is right around 4, market value. Didn't IJAR on Yahoo mention about a 2 million share offering? Still that wouldn't be too bad. Their risk would be about the same as everyone else's. Still need some real news to back this up or it's not going to be pretty. Dennis

Scott, A strike price of 7 3/4 would be about right. Just would have to see what else is in the filing. NMS is within range and should be here soon. There is probably going to be some type of price reset in the deal after a few months and the shorts will probably jump all over that over the weekend but hey, it all hinges on what is coming up next. And what I hear is awsome. When? I dont know, but Ive been here this long, ant going no where now.
