Ah, but remember where WCII and TGNT were a year ago. Financing is a big hurdle but that can change in a hurry. The junk market may yet be receptive to ARTT. And what about a large strategic investment by a big player? If the past is any indication of the future ARTT should be able to get the financing they need.

Of course, TGNT should have a market cap greater than ARTT but 8X the market cap?

Furthermore, I would put my money on Henry Hircsh, and his work at Williams, before I would invest a dime in anyone working at AT&T over the last 10 years. Did AT&T not lose every competitive advantage they had under Mandls leadership?

To say that Alex Mandl is overrated is an understatement .
