Jason, I had trouble with warrant fills on Datek too. The way to play XYBR now is to go long the warrants and short the stock, 2 warrants for one stock.

E*Trade was a little slow but considering the volume fine, took about 20sec for confirmation

Not mms' problem. Sherwood took 4 seconds to accept my preference order at 3 1/2 around 9:31, and it was a large order.

Just bought back the common at 8 a little after 10:35, probably won't be holding for long.
