tippet, I guess there are only us shorts on this thread. Why do you want to take profits at 48? I don't see any support all the way down to low 40s. DELL earnings next week is probably going to be "good" because the concensus estimates are so low and inconsistent with what the company has been announcing the last few qtrs. DELL should beat these fabricated and manipulated numbers handily and the DELLheads will be jumping for joy again. Unfortunately, you never know the motivation of these firms who pay the analysts. At current levels, all it needs is less than fantastic news and it will drop like a rock. HWP clearly shows the results of price pressures in this sector. DELL has a reasonable chance of being hurt, though at a lower rate. GTW can tumble like HWP if DELL comes in less than robust. Is it worth the risk to hold the shorts through next week? Ramsey
