I contacted Jim Perry. He said:

- their results were low last quarter because some international orders were delayed. He also said the dividend payment on the preferred shares causes about a 1 cent hit when it is paid in December and June.

- they are talking with investor relations firms to find someone who will do a good job of promoting the company at a reasonable cost

- they will be applying for a TSE listing this summer
