In fairness to XYBR and ED Neuman, this was a classic school yard "gang-up" session by CNBC...He had so many questions coming his way, it is not surprising that he was flustered. On the other hand, nobody would buy this stock when it languished ~$2 (myself included) and now everyone is tripping over each other to get in (or in and out) of the stock. Once the dust settles, it will be easier to evaluate. Do your DD...looks like they have the funds and Sony finalized (positives) but they gave up quite a bit to get it ("sweetheart funding", etc.--negatives--plently in the SEC filings)
